I have tried to deactivate all mods on my computer (other than the console).
No mods deactivate, the game continues to hang. I don't know how many mods to deactivate, I tried to deactivate them one after the other, and the game continues to hang.
I use Stellaris for 1 year now, and I never encountered this problem.

That is the game, it is really fun but not sure if it will be worth to buy. That is the biggest problem with space 4X games, not enough players as in playability. The AI is a bit better than Stellaris and Paradox, but still in my opinion the AI is not yet good enough. But a lot of AI improvements could come with the downloadable content.
The AI is still a bit too dumb and unless you have an internet connection you're kind of helpless. Just like in Stellaris you can't have the AI react on your actions and you have to wait until it does something. This might not be a problem for the AI, but it makes you helpless in the beginning of the game.
One can also reach the Kedarnath Jyotirlingam temple by road. If you wish to travel by this route then you need to travel from the Gujarat coast to Madhya Pradesh. From the city of Vadodara, you need to go to Palitana in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The road journey from Palitana to Badami passes through Bhainsdehi and many other small villages. The road is well maintained throughout. 827ec27edc
