Adding 30 pounds of clay/sand mixture and 56 pounds of soil/sand mixture was a challenge for Sam. Both have the same moisture content. The field also has a well equipped tiller and equipment. But, there is still the problem of how to mix the amounts of clay, sand and soil needed to fill the areas.
The following people helped me write this book: Dave Smith, Jack Simbirt, Andy Wise, Gale M. Wheaton, Dick Feese, Jeff Carmichael, Kirk Fisher, Tom and Denise Clark, Tim Satterfield, and R. David Dawson. Without all oftheir hard work and dedication this book would not be in your hands. Jeff Carmichael, Chris Naveen, Brian West, Justin Clark, Dave O'Neil, and James Leppinger also provided helpful comments and suggestions. Finally, this is dedicated to my wife Shirley and our son Nik, who are a great inspiration and help me. Thank you.
